Our Mission Our Team Lynne T. Dean, CFRE A certified fund raising executive, Lynne has received credentialed recognition by completing extensive training and testing and exhibiting the highest levels of professionalism and talent in the field. Lynne was a key part of the More Than Houses campaign, which raised almost six hundred million dollars for Habitat for Humanity. In addition to her work with Habitat affiliates in Dallas, Denver and Spokane, Lynne has conducted successful fundraising activities and campaigns for two hospitals, a college, and two museums and has written articles for fundraising publications, including Successful Fundraising and Major Gifts Report. Most recently, Lynne has served as Campaign Director for a hospice capital campaign in Oklahoma. Lynne’s marketing and fundraising experience also includes directing an Easter Seals branch in Texas and writing and editing several magazines and newspapers. As a board member at a number of non-profit organizations over the years, Lynne has held leadership roles in fundraising from both sides. Beth Young Beth has worked her wizardry in fundraisting and marketing for nonprofit organizations for more than 30 years. Her experience as a development professional includes medical centers, social service agencie and national organizations. Most recently, she served as fundraising counsel for a capital campaign for the Westport/Westin YMCA. Beth offices in Westport, Connecticut. Kristine Lutton Kris has been a development and fundraising professional for more than 17 years. She owned a fundraising consulting company in the northwest for several years and was involved as a consultant to a number of non-profit organizations during that time. Most recently, Kris helped establish a development program for a national organization and has completed a campaign planning study for Farms for City Kids, headquartered in Vermont. Kris is now working with the national Multiple Sclerosis Society. Kris offices in the Philadelphia area. Susan Antonitis Susan has been involved in marketing, special events planning and execution, and other fundraising services to nonprofits for many years. Previously, she enjoyed a career in marketing and sales in the private sector and was a radio talk show host. Susan offices in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Rob Dean Rob’s main claim to fame is that he has been married to Lynne for 30 years. Other than that, Rob has provided unique services to nonprofits, including nine years as a producer of telethons for the Children’s Miracle Network and several holiday food drives for food banks and feeding agencies in Texas and Iowa. Rob has also raised funds as a member of boards for several nonprofit, and has successfully obtained grants from major foundations. Kristin Adair Kristin serves as the webmaster for Dean and Associates and performs many administrative duties for the company. Kristin’s knowledge and experience with technology make her an asset to Dean and Associates.
